Reject a pending join request

Send a channel token on every request: Authorization: Bearer wpt_YOUR_TOKEN

Declines one waiting applicant, who is removed from the queue and is not notified beyond no longer being able to join. They can apply again with the same invite link, so rotate the link as well when you are rejecting the same person repeatedly. The channel must be an admin.
