Send a channel token on every request: Authorization: Bearer wpt_YOUR_TOKEN

Streams the bytes of a stored file. Two ways in are accepted: your channel token as a Bearer header, or the `exp` and `sig` query parameters from a signed link, which is what makes the `link` on inbound media safe to hand to a browser or a downstream service. Signed links expire after twenty-four hours on sandbox and seven days on premium.
