Get presence for a chat

Send a channel token on every request: Authorization: Bearer wpt_YOUR_TOKEN

Returns the last presence Wapito observed for a chat, including per-participant state in groups and the last-seen timestamp when the contact publishes it. You only get data for chats you subscribed to, and contacts who hide last seen never expose a timestamp. Treat the value as a hint that may be seconds or minutes stale.
